Air Condition Tune Up

• Check freon level and inspect for leaks
• Check cooling performance and temperature difference
• Test and inspect all electrical parts
• Tighten electrical and record amperage
• Inspect and oil fan motors
• Inspect and rinse outdoor condenser coil and remove debris
• Inspect indoor coils if accessible
• Water test drains for proper drainage
• Inspect duct work and check for air leaks
• Inspect the blower motor, oil and adjust if necessary
• Inspect air filters and other accessories
• Inspect thermostat and calibrate
• Give written report to homeowner of evaluation
