• Clean and inspect exchanger integrity
• Clean burners and adjust if necessary
• Inspect and clean flame sensor/thermocouple
• Inspect flue vent for safety clearance and code
• Inspect gas pipe and valve for leakage and code
• Inspect safeties and exhaust motors
• Inspect flame and operation
• Inspect blower and controls
• Test for carbon monoxide
• Inspect air filters and other accessories
• Inspect thermostat and heat anticipator
• Inspect duct work and check for air leaks
• Give written report to homeowner of evaluation
